Complaints Procedure For non return valve customer service
Please email your complaint to email@example.com or phone 01793 630768 we are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday or alternatively please write to Mark Burnett using the address above.
We will respond to complaints within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Important Returns Information. Our valves are made by us in house and are made specifically for the Customer, we reserve the right to refuse right to accept or refuse a return if it has been incorrectly ordered. If you have any concerns then please send us a image of your sewer so we can ensure the valve will fit correctly. We cannot accept back any valves with have been installed in sewers due to the risk of disease.
If your valve develops a fault please contact us ASAP with a picture of the valve and the nature of the fault.

Shipping and Handling non return valve customer service
Our shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5.00 per shipment and we post all products using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for post.
Valves are produced to order and as such please allow 2 days before the item is dispatched.
Please Note we can only accept back unused non return valve customer service
